Amine, 2 things could be going on Go to RSA1 and confirm the Key figure properties are as shown below. Exception Aggregation needs to be LAST and Reference character needs to be a month or year....

Amine, What you're describing is a Text variable. Go to Key figure properties and click in the variable selection screen. You should be able to see your variable there. Text variables bring the values...
